How it works

Because we are NOT a subscription box company, boxes will not roll out on a monthly or quarterly basis. We highly encourage our #PynkBoxBabes to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media.

WHAT IF MY ACCOUNT HAS

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS When I AM charged?

Pynk Boom Box is not responsible for any charges from banks or credit cards. If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel immediately, you must contact us within 24 hours for a possible refund. After that your order may be already sent out for processing.

 

How Do I Cancel My Pynk Boom Box Subscription?

Easy... We aren't a subscription box company and there is no commitment! We do want you to take advantage of all of our curated theme boxes, so keep in touch. 

 

 

Do You Accept Returns?

We do not accept returns, but encourage members to gift their "pop up box" to a friend or family member. If your box has missing, damaged or defective items contact us immediately. 

 

Shipping

Pynk Boom Box ships orders on a roll out basis according to your purchase. You should receive your box within 7-10 business days. Shipping is from our USA warehouse by USPS with Tracking $6.95 USD to any state.

Do we ship internationally? Not yet, but we have plans to expand very soon. If you live internationally and are dying for a box, email us!


In a rare instance where your tracking number hasn't updated for over 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate. Rest assured that if your package is lost by USPS, we will re-send your box for free. 

If your tracking number shows that your box was delivered but you cannot find it, here are some tips that help find the box in most situations:
1. Call your local Post Office. Either they tried to deliver the box and the notice slip flew away or they are holding the box at the post office. Majority of the time they are able to locate it!
2. Check with other residents of the household. Often someone else picks up the box and forgets to tell you.
3. Ask your neighbors, if the mailman made a mistake its likely at the house nearby.

We will help however we can, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after tracking shows as delivered. 

NOTE: we can't call USPS on your behalf, the recipient must be the one calling to initiate a search or schedule re-delivery. These are not our rules, its USPS's.
